Burger Theory

There's another new place in town and it also originates from Bristol. That place is Burger Theory and I have tried out one of their vegan burger options. As you can see from the image above, it looks damn good but how did it taste? Read on to find out

So, Burger Theory is located within Kongs, a beer specialist ping-pong and classic gaming bar. It's pretty damn hipster but this has its perks.

The main being a Street Fighter game and ping-pong tables.

I was able to try the Southern Hippie vegan burger twice and loved it both times. However, the second time it grew in size, as you can see from the image above. The main aspect of the burger is a southern fried portobello mushroom, which is accompanied by vegan cheese, veganaise, tomato, lettuce and red onions

It was a fattie and the way a burger should be. Tasty, comforting and accompanied by crispy chips. I highly recommend it!

Overall I love this new addition to Birmingham. The hipster vibe, the burgers, the games, the fries and the ping pong tables, It's a little different and something you would normally find in Digbeth but I welcome it with open arms!

**The views in this blog are my own but the meal was complimentary**

Would I go back? Yeah, wanna go tomorrow for a game of Street Fighter?

How did they cope with the vegan dietary requirement? Easily, with a section on the menu. However, they need more vegan specific but I think this will be on the way very soon.

What are the prices like? £8.95 for the burger and £3.25 for the skin-on fries. Very reasonable I thought for the size and quality

What is eatery best for? A hangover, a comfort food craving and an alternative Friday night

Hope you enjoyed this review. Let me know if you're been and what you thought
